NATIONAL AFRICANFEDERATION CHAMBER OF COMMERCE (NAFCOC)
NAFCOC's vision is to promote and facilitate the development of business in South Africa, thereby drawing the majority of South Africans into mainstream economic activity and the decision-making process.
NAFCOC aims to facilitate the growth of the economy by ensuring fast-tracked economic transformation and broad-based black economic empowerment (B-BBEE) that will result in job creation and poverty alleviation. The implementation and execution of B-BBEE has already led to significant benefits for some black South Africans. A spirit of cooperation
and unity amongst all business people is essential to continue to meet these goals.
NAFCOC will achieve this by:
-
Leading the unification process between black and white business in South Africa
-
Representing the interests of small, micro and medium-sized enterprises (SMMEs) and black economic empowerment companies in policy formulation
-
Contributing to economic transformation by building SMME capacity through business support services, business development and by creating employment opportunities
-
Enablingmeaningful business opportunities formembers by facilitating joint ventures and preferential procurement partnerships with both private and public enterprises
The province of KwaZulu-Natal has many opportunities, investors and entrepreneurs are urged not to overlook the smaller ones. Very often they are the beginning of great enterprises.
