Lyrene Zimmerman is the new Marketing & Sales Director of the ICC Durban.
She lives by the motto; ''If you are going to do something, do it well.''

Lyrene studied at Stellenbosch University. She went on to do interior design and ironically became involved in stand building through the ICC. She was approached by the Virgin Group to market Richard Branson's game reserve in the Sabi Sands. She then headed up the Global Sales & Marketing for Tswalu Kalahari a reserve in Northern Cape.

Lyrene lives in Johannesburg with her family and has a wide range of interests such as music, art, travelling and reading. Lyrene enjoys keeping fit and is an avid runner. She has just completed the 2010 Paris marathon which she rates as one of the ''best days of my life.''

Her dislikes are pettiness and lack of attention to detail.
