This growth is apparent in that despite the fact that the company started off with only one team of builders, the staff now consists of over 60 people.
J & B Property Developers works in and around Umhlanga and Mount Edgecombe and as far north as Ballito. The company does developments from start to finish; this includes sourcing of land and working in conjunction with preferred and well known architects, engineers, interior designers, and landscapers.
The company is responsible for the complete building of the development from the first brick laid to the last coat of paint. The unique service includes not only building a home for clients but incorporates designing and furnishing. All may be completed without the client visiting the site until it is ready to be handed over. A sound work ethic ensures that building sites are kept clean and that safety is a main priority.
