The KwaZulu-Natal Business Book is dedicated to making business easier. At the same time our aim is to contribute towards promoting a vibrant economic and business environment in KwaZulu-Natal.
The KwaZulu-Natal Business Book is a comprehensive and growing list of small and large businesses in the province. Our objective is to create a procurement platform for people to make and find business contacts, services and products. We want to promote KwaZulu-Natal businesses to local, national and international audiences and attract more potential clients.
The KwaZulu-Natal Business Book ensures that there is greater transparency along the supply chain and that previously overlooked companies are more visible. Inclusion in the database means that more business opportunities are created for emerging businesses as service or product suppliers.
The KwaZulu-Natal Business Book strives to contribute towards fulfilling the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) needs in KwaZulu-Natal. The project is in line with the provincial government's strategy of promoting broad-based economic growth and job creation, to create a better life for all.
The KwaZulu-Natal Business Book allows companies to access information that will improve their BBBEE scorecards while doing business along the supply chain. In addition, individual companies achieve greater BBBEE compliance points when they purchase from suppliers with high compliance levels and ratings.
A wide-ranging list of South African business categories is utilised to make finding the product or service you require straightforward.
Information includes: key contacts, position, physical and postal, addresses, telephone numbers, BBBEE status and certificates, and tax clearance certificates.
The KZN Business Book is also produced as a hard copy directory annually.
