She has high leadership skills manifested in high performing teams she has built in the service industry. She is the first African woman to be a Head of Private Banking in Absa. She is the Chairperson of Business Woman's Association KZN. She was nominated as a finalist in the Business Women's Association Regional Business Awards in 2013.
