Emergence Growth is proud to invite you to participate in the sixth annual Employee Engagement Survey for Africa! This survey continues to lead in terms of depth of data and number of employees represented.

Engagement Surveys are used to identify trends within the organisation which positively affect the level of employee engagement & satisfaction. Great engagement leads to improved employee retention and higher productivity levels. This survey will establish the engagement levels of employees across the continent and highlight trends within participating organizations. It will also show areas that are performing well, and areas where the greatest gains / improvements can be made - assisting you to develop a great Employee Value Proposition (EVP), based on the specific demographics and actual needs of the workforce of each region in Africa.

In exchange for your participation, we will share results of the research with you, including insights regarding drivers of employee engagement and advice on how to improve engagement levels.

CONFIDENTIALITY GUARANTEE

Under no circumstances would any individual information or any company specific information be disclosed to any other participant, other than for the purposes of providing aggregated data in the report. If required Emergence Growth would be happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement to this effect. This survey should be completed in your own personal capacity, based on your own individual perceptions.
