Suncoast Casino, Hotels & Entertainment reigned supreme at the FNB KZN Top Business Awards ceremony last week after its second consecutive win in the Tourism category.

After being shortlisted as one of three finalists for the award, Suncoast emerged as the winner amongst Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife and Southern Sun Elangeni Hotel.

The award recognises businesses and organisations that are making a significant contribution to sustainable economic growth in KwaZulu-Natal.

The awards selection criteria was streamlined according to the following aspects: the impact of the organisation in the economic, environmental and social spheres in KwaZulu-Natal, brand and reputation, stakeholder relations and goodwill, environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and quality of governance.

The award ceremony was attended by esteemed dignitaries and leaders from various government departments, municipalities, organisations and businesses across the province.
