Since 1 May 2015 the Department of Trade & Industry have issued a notice of clarification (revised), amendments, as well as draconian New Codes (including QSEs). At face value some aspects appear to be 'unplayable'. This seminar will examine these controversial changes, and identify scorecard points that require urgent strategic solutions, decisions and actions. Sector Codes will be discussed and how to address these going forward.
