·         Overcoming writer's block

1 Day Introduction to Successful Communication 20 November 2015

Content includes

·         The basic principles of communication

·         Selecting appropriate channels of communication

·         Effective communication skills- verbal and non verbal

·         Writing clearly, simply and correctly

·         Reports, emails, letters, minutes
