Learn effective business writing skills

Would you or your employees benefit from a refresher course in effective business writing skills?

During this two day course, learners will gain a practical understanding of written business communication requirements. Through short lectures, examples, and practice exercises, you will learn how to write clear, concise, correct and effective documents. High emphasis is placed on ‘doing’ in a small group and in a very supportive environment.

The aim of the course is to teach learners how to:
Write in plain English
Adjust levels of written communication to fit the audience and the situation.
Meet basic grammatical standards, including sentence construction, proper spelling, and punctuation
Choose the right words
Plan, organise and write business letters, reports, and e-mails
Edit and proof read

Dates: 7 and 8 April 2016
Place: Westville
Cost:  R2200.00 per person including refreshments, lunch and workbooks (discounts are offered for more than one delegate from the same company)
Additional support will be provided for three months after the course.
Course facilitator, Gayle Adlam, has many years of experience as a trainer as well as an editor and writer in the corporate business communication environment.
