·         Leadership techniques for individuals and teams within the work context
·         Measuring the impact of leadership techniques on organisational requirements
·         Corrective actions to improve the effectiveness of the individual or team
 
High emphasis is placed on doing in a comfortable and supportive environment through exploring case studies and group exercises.
