October 1st, 2015 saw the release of the annual research results into a large number of employers and their employee conditions in South Africa conducted by The Top Employers Institute, announcing Mazars as one of the successful organisations to be awarded the exclusive Top Employers South Africa 2016 certification.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, The Top Employers Institute has been recognising top employers around the world since 1991.

The annual international research undertaken by the Top Employers Institute recognises leading employers around the world: those that provide excellent employee conditions, nurture and develop talent throughout all levels of the organisation, and which strive to continuously optimise employment practices.

The procedure of the Top Employers Institute involves a stringent research process consisting of the assessment of various elements within the organisation, which is required to meet a required high standard in order to achieve the certification.

Mazars offers a wide range of opportunities to their staff by housing a national integrated in-house Learning and Development department partnering with the business to add value through training and development initiatives. Mazars has adopted a 70:20:10 approach to learning, in order to ensure that we maximize training and development efficiencies.
