APPLICATION CRITERIA TO JOIN THE SmartXchange INCUBATOR
1. The applicant’s business must be in the ICT sector
2. The business must be a legal entity
3. The business must be SMME in size and nature
3.1 Sales of up to R5 million
3.2 Maximum of 10 staff
3.3 Under 5 years of operating a business
4. The entrepreneur should be BBBEE compliant
5. Agree to abide by the House Rules

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
1. A business plan with financials
2.  A company profile; company registration details
3.  A tax clearance certificate
4.  A Curriculum Vitae of all the owners and senior management
5. Latest signed annual financial statements
6.  Latest management accounts
7.  A letter of motivation as to why you wish to join SmartXchange and how this will benefit your company
